Essential Duties:* To provide quality care and services to our residents. * To provide assistance with activities of daily living. * To ensure good communication between team members and through proper reporting and documentation. * To promote teamwork and continuity of care at all times. * To ensure residents are safe, cared for, and engaged. * To answer call lights. * To support other departments with professional phone technique, light housekeeping duties (making beds/dishes), laundry services, and assisting residents to Vitality activities and events. * To ensure residents rights and incorporate the values of choice, dignity, independence, individuality, and privacy into all actions.
