Full-time Nurses (RN / LPN) are needed for our Skilled Nursing Facility at Washington Odd Fellows Home. Our SNF has 112 certified beds, within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) of over 300 residents. There is a $7,500 hire-on bonus for this full-time position. You will provide quality nursing care through medical team collaboration, resident and family relations, and use of strong clinical and communications skills. Use EMR (PointClickCare) for accurate charting. Responsibilities include: ~ Resident Assessment & Vital Signs ~ Medication Administration ~ Therapeutic Communication ~ Feeding Tube Care & Pump Management ~ IV Starts & Pump Management ~ Wound & Ostomy Care (including occasional wound vac management) ~ Infection Control ~ Collaboration with Therapists Will work rotating schedule, with every other weekend off. Day shift is from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Possible overtime and extra shifts, if desired. Openings are also available on evening (2:30 to 11:00 p.m.) and night (10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) shifts. RN wage range is $25.00-$28.00 per hour. LPN wage starts at $22.00 per hour. Extra shift premium pay per hour is $3.00 for evening and $4.00 for night shifts. Opportunity for advancement to Charge Nurse role or other positions.
