Direct Care Staff (DCS)

Direct Care Staff assists adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. DCS will assist with complete care of dietary, medication, hygiene, grooming and dressing needs. Redirects behaviors with various activities including walking, reading and games. DCS will assist clients with bathroom needs, prepare meals, change undergarments and/or clothing if needed. * must be able to lift 50 lbs * must be able to work night shifts * weekend availability Experience: Caregiving experience. FOr those who have minimal experience, training can be provided.
