We are seeking professional PCAs/CNAs to support client long term, part-time and full time hours Decatur(Tucker): Every Other Sat and Sun 7-1pm Every Other Sat and Sun 4-10pm Atlanta(Cascade): Every Mon, Wed and Fri 9a-3pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide direct care as needed (bathing, dressing, grooming) Provide medication reminders Meal Preparation Transfers from Bed to Wheelchair Transfer w Hoyer Lift as needed Companionship Provide light housekeeping Required Skills: Minimum of 3 years of professional clinical experience 3 years of Homecare/Facility Experience Dementia Experience Excellent Assessment and Communication Skills Proficiency in verbal and written English Motivated to work Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Benefits: Telehealth Dental Vision 401K Bonuses
