Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
We are currently accepting applications for a Comprehensive Assessment Nurse (PRN).

Your responsibilities include assessing and charting observations of the client’s condition at each visit. The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in assessing and continuously evaluating clients' needs related to their activities of daily living. This encompasses addressing physical, psychosocial, and environmental requirements for both clients and their families. The RN confidently develops comprehensive, patient-centered care plans and collaborates effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals when necessary.
Required Qualifications:

Language Ability
Proficiency in reading and comprehending simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to produce case notes and correspondences.
Aptitude to eloquently present information in one-on-one and small group settings with clients, and other organizational employees.
Reasoning Ability
Capability to apply understanding to execute detailed written and/or oral instructions.
Capacity to address problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Education / Experience
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
Possession of an active and unencumbered RN license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as RN (preferred)
Verification
Must successfully pass a National Background Check and Drug Check
Negative TB test results (test must be taken within the last year)
Must have an active BLS certification via the American Heart Association or obtain it before hire date
Valid & current driver's license
Valid & current automobile insurance
Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and taste or smell.
On occasion, the employee may be required to sit, climb, or balance.
The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing more than 5 pounds.
