THE DUTIES
Our staff assist intense participants with daily life and programs in their homes and in the community
Work together with other direct care staff in the home supporting the participant with a better quality of life
Assist with formal programs and support the participant to help themselves
Planning menus, appointments and organizing a schedule
As needed, transport the participant to their scheduled activities in the community and keeping them safe. All mileage is reimbursed
Assist with medications and accurately documenting as required
