Responsibilities Act as the point of contact between the residents and Wellness Nurses Assist residents with their activities of daily living (ADLS) May assist resident with meal orders and or meal preparation Handle requests and queries appropriately from the nurse and residents, or family member, while respecting personal information and not oversharing. Assist with lifting and transferring of a resident Assist with resident emergencies May assist with medications Chart in the electronic charting system Skills Proven work experience as a caregiver MS Office/electronic charting and English proficiency Outstanding organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Excellent verbal and written communications skills in (English) Discretion and confidentiality High School degree Previous senior living experience preferred
