Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
Assist client with activities of daily living such as shopping, meal preparation, socialization activities, homemaking and medication reminders. Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for residents. Assist residents with medication administration. Recognize and document changes in residents condition and safety and report to supervisor. Document observations, activities and services provided Job Requirements: First Aid and CPR Certification, Medication Administration (Not Required). Possess two valid forms of ID. Complete a successful background study with fingerprint Valid driver's license auto insurance if assignment(s) includes driving own vehicle. Meets applicable health requirements to provide services to residents. Able to work Every Other Weekend as this is required for this position Able to prioritize multiple tasks to effectively deal with multiple changes. Performs additional duties as assigned by the Administrator or Director of Nursing Please do note that the Every Other Weekend Shift is required.
