Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION
North Chandler Place is looking for a caring, compassionate and kind full time CNA to work at our community. We strive to provide care to our residents that exceeds industry standards and we are looking for a CNA that wants to join that mission!
The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for serving and caring for the elderly population, the desire to build a genuine rapport with those that they’re charged to care for and the ability to provide individualized, resident-centered basic nursing care.

Assists residents with activities of daily living.
Maintains resident stability by checking vital signs and weight.
Provides residents with quality personal hygiene.
Provides resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials.
Answers residents’ call lights and requests and transports residents.
Reports observations of the resident to nursing supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid and active state-issued CNA certification
Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards, federal and state regulations
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated dependability and punctuality
