IMPRESSIONS HOME CARE Hiring Part Time, and Full Time Caregivers for all shifts. Must be able to pass a Criminal background check. Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Qualifications: Prefer CNA Certified PCA - Need to be high school graduate or equivalent. Prefer three years or more experience in the provision of care/services to clients in home care setting. other required checks & current CPR certification. Job Requirement: • Assist patients with (ADLs): personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, transferring, and walking assistance • Assist patients with (IADLs): meal preparation, transportation, shopping, medication reminders • Obtain and document patients vital signs: temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc. • Report to a supervisor about any changes in the client’s mental, physical, emotional condition, or home situation • Document accurately, objectively, and timely in accordance with regulations and agency policy/procedures • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers We are looking for: EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE to provide EXCEPTIONAL CARE · Previous paid caregiving experience · A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others · A commitment to being present and providing quality care · Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect · Have a commitment to being there when needed · Place a priority on quality care and who treat every client as if they were their own family · Want to be treated by us as a valuable part of our team Performs duties according to the written Service Plan: • Follows the service plan as written, advised supervisor if not able to. • Documents each visit per Agency policy. • Communicates ongoing with the designated supervisor. • Immediately reports emergency situations by phone to supervisor or office. • Keeps an accurate time and mileage report. • Follows assignments and regulations. • Uses policy manual as guideline for service. • Works within the organizational channel of authority. • Wears appropriate clothing and ID badge when at work. • Notifying the Agency of absences due to illness, emergency leave, normal vacation periods, or applicable meetings, which will affect agreed service with the Agency. Functional Abilities: Must be able to read 12 point or larger type. Must be able to stoop and bend. Must be able to travel to prospective clients’ residences. Must be able to carry bundles weighing up to 10 pounds, upstairs. COVID-19 considerations: Must provide a negative COVID test on the 15th and 30th of each month if you are not vaccinated.
