Seeking LPNS and RN`s Full Time, Part Time and PRN positions

An RN/LPN -Tp provide nursing care in accordance with the client`s plan of care to include comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring clients condition, health promotion and prevention coordination services. 1.Provides skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of nursing supervisor. 2.Assists with preparation, implementation and continuing evaluation of the client care plan 3.Prepares clinical and progress notes 4.Observes,records and reports to the appropriate personnel client symptoms, reactions and changes promptly. Qualifications: Must possess a current LPN/RN License A minimum of one year experience in homecare/ nursing home or hospital setting Must have a driver`s license and be willing to drive to client`s residence Experience with G-Tubes/Trach and or Vent is a plus
