Shifts:
-Part-time weekends 6:30am - 2:30pm
-Part-time weekends 2:30pm - 10:30pm
-Part-time 4-9pm
We have available positions to work in our assisted living, memory care & skilled nursing areas.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide direct personal and restorative nursing care to residents
- Record required daily resident care information into digital charting system
To be successful in this role:
-Ability to work cooperatively in a team atmosphere
-Have strong listening, communication & hospitality skills
-Good computer skills & be able to learn how to use electronic medical records system
-Be able to bend, lift, transfer & transport residents
Education:
-High School Diploma or GED (required)
-CNA Certification in Illinois (required)
Covid-19 Vaccination:
All staff members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and must provide documentation of complete vaccination status.
