JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate must have a positive attitude with a good bedside manner, sound judgement, basic nursing skills and knowledge of infection control; be a team player; be able to multitask and work under pressure; possess understanding of caring for residents with dementia. High level of professionalism and customer service. Great staff to patient ratios. Join us in caring for Long Term Care residents or patients in our Sub-Acute Rehab Unit. REQUIREMENTS: Job requirements are as follows: All candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and physical exam. Have satisfactorily completed an Illinois-approved CNA training program and passed the written competency test Meet all State requirements as stipulated in the Health Care Background Check Act Registry to work as an Illinois CNA in a long-term care facility Must have current CPR certification Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have basic computer knowledge and be able to operate equipment, as needed, in a safe manner
