We take pride in our relationships with our residents and as part of our clinical team, you will have time to get to know and enjoy our residents. We pay more for experience and have a shift diff for our 2nd shift. Our Resident Care Associates provide direct care to residents following an individual service plan, treats each resident with respect and dignity, recognizes individual needs, and encourages independence. They help foster a homelike atmosphere throughout the community. This can mean assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals. We allow and encourage residents to do as much of their own care as possible. Please note, Brookdale has adopted a policy requiring all associates to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, subject to limited exemptions based on medical conditions, sincerely held religious beliefs, or applicable state laws and regulations.
