Must provide a current PPD screening criminal sled background check . A reference check will be conducted. Also, have good organization and communication skills and the ability to read, write, understand, carry out directions, keep simple medical documentation, function with minimal supervision, and provide a reliable means of transportation. Must have the physical ability to perform job-related duties which may require light lifting, standing, bending, transferring, stooping, stretching, walking, pushing, pulling and the ability to provide partial or complete assistance with activities of daily living, without assistance from another healthcare worker or significant other. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $8.00 to $9.50 /hour
