Ability to follow all health and safety guidelines consistently Responsibilities: Performs initial evaluation visit and regularly, reevaluates the patient nursing needs, Inspect client home and report any observations of poor hygiene or safety, Monitor patients condition, assess needs to provide best possible care. Observe and report findings to physicians. Collaborate with doctors and nurses to devise individualized care plans. Perform routine procedures, Adjust and administer medication as needed, Prepare clinical notes in a timely manner, Participates in and presents in-service programs. Skills: Experience as a RN, knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures, emergency care, health and safety guidelines and procedures(sanitation, decontamination ect....) .,Valid RN License BLS certification BS or diploma from nursing program, Valid DL, own transportation
