Home care for young adults residents

Austin Small Arizona Family Home II (ASA) Staff Qualification • Have a minimum of a high school education (some college preferred). • Be able to read, write and converse fluently in English • Be 18 years of age • Be free of communicable diseases • Have some prior experience providing direct supervision for special needs services. (elderly, child care, mental health, physical needs ect.) • Within six months of beginning to provide direct care services in the facility, complete at least twelve additional hours of continuing education • Within the first forty hours of providing client services in the facility, all new direct are staff will complete an on –site orientation. • Current California Driver license and car insurance • Social Security • Physical Exam (ASA) will provide Exam form to be sign by your PA,RN, or Doctor • Experience in Cooking • Writing Daily Reports
