Overview: Location: Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange Counties Pay: $18 - $19 per hour Job Types: Part-time, Full - Time Job Hours: Varies - Care At Home does not guarantee hours Benefits and Perks: $100 New Hire Bonus Same Day Pay Available with Tapcheck Paid training and orientation Flexible scheduling based on your availability Health, Vision and Dental Insurance after 3 months for full-time employees Employee Appreciation Programs - Caregiver of the Month, Basket Raffles Unlimited Employee Referral Bonuses Caregiver Responsibilities: Personal Care Services: Ambulation & Transfer, Bathing & Showering, Dressing & Grooming, Feeding, Toileting Medication Reminders Meal Preparation: Prepare, Cook Meals Light Housekeeping: Dusting, Sweeping, Mopping, Vacuuming, Wiping down counters, Washing & Putting Away Dishes, Taking Out Trash, Changing Sheets - - limited to the areas used by the client such as the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and living room Laundry: Cleaning, Ironing, Folding, and Putting Away Clothes Companionship/Activities: Crafts, Puzzles, Reading, Board Games, etc. Errands: Grocery Shopping, Transportation to Doctor Appts and/or Activities Must comply with state requirements to work immediately such as: Registered Home Care Aid Number (PER ID#) Negative TB/Chest X-Ray Clearance CA ID/DL Pass a background check Additional Requirements: ID compliant with I-9 Requirements At least 6 months experience (Can be with family members, Facility, Homecare) Must demonstrate a compassionate nature and possess interpersonal skills Reliable Transportation Thank you for interest in Care At Home!
