What will you do as a State Tested Nurse Aide? Give excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff. Be professional in appearance, attitude and communication. Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation. Care for residents and help with activities of daily living. The goal is to help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. What you'll find, however, is that you end up forming relationships with the people you help that go far beyond "work" and end up feeling like family.
