What will you do as a LPN? Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care for a caseload of residents from admission to dismissal on assigned nursing unit. Coordinates and supervises the nursing care delivered by the nursing assistants. Give medications and help with other treatments The goal is to help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
