Job Description;
· Assist with ADL’s
· Assist / Encourage ambulation, ROM
· Prepare nutritional meals
-Follow detailed diets
· Assist with Light Duty cleaning
Qualifications;
· Reliable transportation
· Healthcare experience
Preferred experience …. Home Health Care, Nursing Home Facility, Hospital, Medical Clinic, Adult Day Care Facility
Requirements;
· CNA License / HHA Certification
· CPR Certification
· TB/PPD skin test results/ Chest X-ray
· Experience in Healthcare Field
· Knowledge of Healthcare terminology
· Capable of Passing Drug Tests and Background checks
· Reference check reflects dependability
· COVID-19 Test Results

. Motor Vehicle Report
. Wear Scrubs
Pay Rate;
CNA- $11.00-11:50/hr.
HHA- $10.00-10:50/hr.
Shifts;
Times vary depending on the client’s scheduled times of service.
Available times in the AM and PM
Weekend shifts are also available
Possibilities of accumulating 40 hrs./wk.
