We are looking for experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to fill full and part-time openings throughout most of Bucks and parts of Montgomery Counties. We have day, evening, and overnight shifts available immediately. Requirements: Experience- At least three full years of verifiable caregiving experience with certification. Certification- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Valid Driver’s License Reliable Vehicle- readily available to you with proof of current insurance. PPD (2 step) or Chest X-Ray Skills- We are looking for individuals that can adapt accordingly, have cared for individuals with multiple levels of functionality, are compassionate and will care for individuals like they were their own family. Characteristics- must be self-motivated and able to perform all duties with minimal supervision and direction. Responsibilities: Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, medication reminders, etc…) Encourage clients to participate in daily activities as tolerated to promote the best quality of life and give them the dignity they deserve. Listen and engage with clients appropriately to build trusting relationships with them. Prepare meals and/or snacks. Tidying up the house and other light housekeeping duties that promote a clean, healthy and safe environment. Transporting and/or accompanying client as needed to appointments and/or any errands they may need to run throughout the day of care Observing client’s physical, emotional and mental well-being.
