RN (Registered Nurse) Full-Time Preferred|Part-Time Available Summary The RN Supervisor ensures charge nurses and CNAs complete work as assigned, audit medical charts for accuracy and follow-up with medical professionals. Monitor the health and well-being of residents by coordinating support services, monitoring and updating Resident Care Plans, and conducting resident well-being visits Utilize procedures and techniques to perform various duties such as assessing resident needs, evaluating and administering nursing care, and supervising and directing care provided staff in the delivery of nursing care within scope of practice. Uses both administrative leadership and clinical expertise to assure comprehensive care and treatment is rendered to the resident/patient population. Qualifications Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Must hold current valid RN license in the state in which employed.
