Westlake Woods, Erie’s first and only licensed assisted living community, currently seeks LPNs. Key Responsibilities “Hands-on” resident health care services Supporting caregiver staff and monitoring performance Coordinating medical services for residents Medication management Practice a “resident-directed" approach to resident services and care consistent with LifeServices policies and procedures. Qualifications Be licensed in the State of Pennsylvania; Experience in long term care preferred, but not required; Be able to work rotating weekends and holidays; Have access to dependable transportation; Successful completion of pre-hire drug screen and background check For this position, we provide market rate compensation plus bonuses, including sign-on bonus!
