Westlake Woods, Erie’s first and only licensed assisted living community, currently seeks part-time Caregivers for all shifts. Positions available immediately. Starting pay rates up to $13/hr based on experience. Limited time sign-on bonus of $1,000 for FT and $500 for PT! It’s an exciting opportunity for the “right” candidates to join our Westlake Woods Care Team in Erie, PA. Key Responsibilities Conduct self in a professional and caring way at all times. Assist our Community residents with personal care services. Assist our Community residents with laundry, housekeeping, and social and recreational activities. Ensure the Community residents' service and care needs are met consistent with each resident's expressed preferences. Practice a “resident-directed” approach to resident services and care consistent with LifeServices policies and procedures; The successful candidate will: Be 18 years of age or older; Experience in long term care preferred, but not required; Be able to work rotating weekends and holidays; Have access to dependable transportation; High School diploma or GED required; Successful completion of pre-hire drug screen and background check For this position, we provide market rate compensation plus bonuses, including sign-on bonus!
