Relief Caregiver / Admin Support

The Caregiver Floater provides a full range of direct support for Amicable’s Branch Managers looking to staff clients with open shifts. Requiresreliable transportation, as this position can require Transportation in the care plan or to go from one client to another. Services may also be required in various parts of Snohomish County. Not limiting hard to staff areas. CURRENT/ACTIVE CNA/HCA required. Nurse Delegation required. Candidate must have open availability, no restricted hours Monday-Friday, weekends included. Provides on call service fill-ins when a client’s regularly scheduled caregiver is not available. Provides in-home services for hard-to-staff referrals as care managers look to staff the client with a regularly scheduled caregiver. Will independently administer several assigned responsibilities, ensuring excellent customer service. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and or ability required. Essential Duties: To provide support to an individual, as outlined in their care plan. Meal preparation and planning Medication management Personal care Facilitation of community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community providing transportation to work, appointments or other activities. To remain available for call-ins during Business Hours (8am-5pm) and potentially after-hours; actual hours worked may vary and include weekends.
