In-Home Caregiver

TLC Home Care is looking for dedicated individuals who are available to work as a live-in caregiver. This job requires for the caregiver to live in the home with the client. These shifts are scheduled as a rotation weekly. A minimum of at least 2 days at a time are scheduled per caregiver. Our ideal candidate is a fast learner, adaptable to clients' changing care needs, compassionate, empathetic, patient, pays attention to detail, and is an effective communicator. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of those in your community. Care needs for clients vary, some need assistance with chores and errands, while others require personal care. Companionship is key in-home care, especially during this pandemic. We offer a performance evaluation at the end of the first 90 days of employment. If by the end of that period, your work performance and work ethic are outstanding, you will receive your first raise. We also provide additional training at the end of those 90 days, which gives room for further advancement.
