Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Assistant to join our team and provide quality care to our elderly and disabled patients. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a nursing home, hospice or palliative medicine setting and be comfortable providing direct care to geriatric patients. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Observe and report changes in patient's condition to nursing staff.
Provide comfort and support to patients and families.
Assist with the admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a nursing home setting.
Provide assistance with hospice and palliative care services.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Salary: $14.50 - $15.75 per hour
