Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at First Choice Home Care, Inc. to care for a female client from 8a-10a Monday/Wednesday/Friday. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to this client, ensuring her comfort and well-being while upholding our standards of excellence in home healthcare.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding client needs and changes in condition.
Requirements
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology.
Experience in infectious disease care is preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
Ability to demonstrate aseptic techniques in patient care.
