We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: ~Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. ~Monitor and document vital signs, changes in condition, and report concerns to nursing staff. ~Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a compassionate and dignified care environment. ~Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration for patients. ~Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. ~Support nurses and other healthcare professionals with medical procedures and patient care tasks. ~Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and facility policies. Qualifications & Skills: ~Certification: Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license. ~Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required. ~Skills: Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ~Compassion: A genuine desire to care for others, demonstrating patience, empathy, and kindness. ~Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. ~Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
