RNs needed for in-home care company

Score of responsibilities for Our House Home Care Services, Inc Registered Nurse shall include: Perform and complete initial assessment of client's needs. Regularly assess the nursing needs of the client. Develop and implement the client's nursing plan of care and update as necessary. Provide nursing services, treatment, and diagnostic and preventive procedures. Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures appropriate for the client's care and safety. Observe signs and symptoms and report to the physician any reaction to treatment, drugs, or changes in the client's physical or emotional condition. Conduct client supervisory visits every three months or as needed. Conduct quarterly reviews and/or plan of care reviews of clients care records at least every three months. Teach, supervise, and counsel the client and family member about providing care for the client at home. Do skills assessment of in-home aides. Report and submit in change in status as needed.
