Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisors. Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Charge Nurse immediately. Make resident comfortable (i.e., put to bed, get water, etc.). Assist residents with packing/transporting their personal possessions when they are being transferred to a new room, or when being discharged. We accepting applications for CNA’s for the 2 pm to 10 pm shift and 10 pm to 6 am; full and part time. We offer health/dental/vision insurance; vacation time and retirement benefits. OCMCF does offer a sign-on bonus of $2,500 for FULL TIME only; along with health/vision/dental/life insurance, gym membership, and vacation and retirement benefits. Wages start at $18.25 to $22.50 based on experience, shift premium and also the $2.35 Temporary Front-Line staff incentive.
