Complete documentation accurately and consistent with policies and procedures. Assure patients are given adequate assistance with meals, nourishment, and transportation. Present a positive image and accept the need for changes, be flexible, and demonstrate the enthusiasm toward enhancement Education/Experience: The Registered Long Term Care Nursing Assistant must have completed an approved nursing assistant program and must possess a current, unencumbered, active certification. Must possess and maintain current CPR certification, or acquire a CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
