Job Description:
To provide direct patient care to patients, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report patient needs and concerns to a licensed nurse. Complete documentation accurately and consistent with policies and procedures. Assure patients are given adequate assistance with meals, nourishment, and transportation. Respect the dignity and privacy or individuals are all times. Assist patients with activities of daily living. Present a positive image and accept the need for changes, be flexible, and demonstrate the enthusiasm toward enhancement
Education/Experience:
The Registered Long Term Care Nursing Assistant must have completed an approved nursing assistant program and must possess a current, unencumbered, active certification. Must possess and maintain current CPR certification, or acquire a CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
