Greenbrier Health Care Center is seeking an License Practical Nurse (LPN) at Lewisburg, WV location. Greenbrier Health Care Center (GHCC) is the 17th member of the AMFM family, and is located in Lewisburg, 2011's "Coolest Small Town in America" from Budget Travel. GHCC is a 80 person care center specializing in skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation to home and long-term care services. Position Summary for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): 6pm-6am Direct the operations of patient services to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times in accordance with state and federal regulations, facility policies and procedures, and patient directives. Provide leadership for the staff in the department in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Education/Requirements: Must be a graduate from an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nurses and must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the State of West Virginia. License must be current, unencumbered, and active in the state of West Virginia. Must possess and maintain current CPR certification, or acquire certification within 90 days of hire.
