Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
The persona care assistant (PCA) or direct care staff (DCS) or certified nursing assistant CNA will provide care services as needed, and as indicated in the individual's plan of care. Personal care services are provided under the supervision of an RN. Bathing, Personal Hygiene, Grooming, Dressing, Toilette, Ambulation, preparing meals, performing housekeeping task (cleaning) Following tasks and goals implemented in the ISP. Requirements: A high school diploma and maximum knowledge of First Aide Care and CPR training are requested. Applicants must have 2 years of experience in a health service field. All PCA 's DCS must pass PCA competency test with an 80 or above that will be administered by an RN, CNAs are not required to take this test.
