Responsibilities:
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Answer inbound telephone calls.
• Plan and schedule nurse or aide assessments and home visits and events
• Obtain prior authorizations for home Health care.
• Ensure there are no scheduling conflicts among employees.
• Update our patient and provider database.
• Greet and assist onsite guests.
• Develop and implement organized filing systems.
• Perform all other office tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• High school diploma minimum
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (desirable)
• Medical office or scheduling experience (preferred)
• Human Resources (preferred)
• Professional in dress and demeanor
• Telephone communication skills
• Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft, and calendaring tools
