Training opportunities for new and experienced candidates; come grow with us! 24 hour support & the tools you need to be successful on the job Flexible start dates and scheduling options The ability to work near your home REQUIREMENTS • Florida Driver's License/Florida ID Card • CNA License or HHA Certificate • CPR Card • Social Security Card • Proof of residency or Citizenship (Resident Card or Work Visa, Voters Registration, Passport, or Birth Certificate) • OSHA, Alzheimer's & Dementia, HIV / AIDS and Assist with Self Medication training certificate • Physical Exam (completed within the LAST 6 Months) stating that the registrant is free of all communicable diseases • Level 2 Background Screening that is in compliance with AHCA • Access to reliable transportation
