Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
Alma Therapy Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team serving patients throughout Miami-Dade County. We are looking for professionals who are committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care in the comfort of our clients' homes.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and agency policies.
Administer treatments, wound care, medication management, and other nursing interventions as appropriate.
Educate patients and family members regarding diagnoses, medications, disease management, and home care.
Monitor patient progress and promptly report significant changes to the physician and care team.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Follow all state, federal, and agency regulations while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and quality.
Qualifications:
Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
Home Health or Home Care experience is a plus.
Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, high-quality care.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
