About The Middletown Home is a Continuing Care Retirement Community serving and providing care for our residents in our Health Center, Personal Care Apartments, and Independent Living Apartments, which are all conveniently located in one building. Providing quality care since 1924, we believe in “Serving from the Heart, in the Spirit of Friendship, Love and Truth.” Job Description We are currently looking for a caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Nursing Department! Our shifts are 6:45 am to 3:00 pm, 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm, and 10:45 pm to 7:00 am. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available $1,000 Sign-On bonus PLUS $200 Monthly Bonus for ZERO call-offs for FULL-TIME 2nd and 3rd shift workers! Our CNAs are an important part of our Nursing Department as their role is to provide direct care and support to our residents in our skilled nursing facility. Our staff to resident ration allows time to provide exceptional care. We do not MANDATE. We use state of the art technology- Point of Care and the Constant Care Vital Signs machines. Requirement Must have completed their CNA training and have a current CNA certification. Prior experience serving senior population is helpful.
