Provides non-professional services and assistance. Our In-Home Caregiver is responsible for the following: Shows dependability and engages in scheduling process to ensure that client needs are fulfilled in a timely manner. Assist clients in completing tasks as outlined by their service plan, demonstrating the ability to assure needs are met in a safe, appropriate manner according to Masonic Village policies as well as OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations. Demonstrates the ability to assist clients with in-home caregiver tasks, companion, and non-professional care and services according to Masonic Village policies and procedures Accurately documents client information and services delivered according to the established service plan and Masonic Village policies and procedures. Observes and communicates changes in client condition according to notification guidelines. Maintains confidentiality of privileged information, discussing and releasing information only to those who are authorized. What You Have: Must have a sincere interest in working with the elderly. A high school diploma or GED (preferred). Successful completion of a criminal background check. Current and valid PA Driver's license (required). Satisfactorily completes orientation training. Are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or willing to become fully vaccinated upon hire. Masonic Villages will review and consider medical and religious exemptions.
