Responsibilities:
Communicate with unit nurse to ensure the well-being of patients.
Ensure dignity and respect of all residents
Monitor for changes that may indicate a patient's condition is worsening or improving
complete daily flowsheets in electronic record, PCC.
Operate equipment to assist residents in moving, dressing, and other activities.
Adjust to the needs of patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease by specialized training upon hire and as requested.
