RN 7am - 3:15pm

Responsibilities: - Provide direct care to patients in long-term care facilities. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor patient vital signs and assess their overall condition. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. - Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records. - Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques. - Provide specialized care in areas such as post operative, medically complex, and long term skilled nursing care. - Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients.
