Please call Office at 615-809-2283 or submit your application at website to find out more information Essential Functions Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to): Responsibilities and Duties Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair) Ambulation Eating Dressing Shaving Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions. Performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a nurse. These could include (but are not limited to): Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises Measuring and preparing special diets Taking vital signs Application of an external catheter Performs homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms. Qualifications and Skills Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must have 1-year professional experience or be a licensed CNA (private duty and personal family members not accepted as professional experience) Must have high school diploma or equivalent Be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid Driver's License and proof of current vehicle insurance Must have a clean background check and be able to pass a drug test Applications can be filled out online at Job Type: Part-time Salary: $10.50 to $11.00 /hour Application questions you have requested that Indeed ask candidates the following questions: How many years of caregiving experience do you have?
