Skilled Personal Caregiver We offer Personal Care, Respite Care, Alzheimer's/Dementia Care, and Senior Living Concierge for independent-living seniors, regardless if they’re living with their families or in a senior living community. Our customized services provide the support and care needed to ensure that seniors are able to stay safely in their own homes and maintain their independence. Provide companionship, emotional support, and activity supervision Assist the client with their ADLs and IADLs needs such as mobility assistance, transferring, toileting, incontinence needs, bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene maintenance, take/check vitals, etc. Engage in meaningful activities with the individuals, such as reading, playing board games, going for walks, etc. Monitor the physical and mental health of the individuals and help them manage their medications with reminders. Establish rapport with the client and their loved ones Maintain records and documentation of the client’s medical needs and daily routines. Coordinate schedules with other caregivers and provide respite care when needed. Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures. Assist in providing patient comfort measures, including skin care and positioning Job Requirements: -Must have an HHA and/or CNA certificate(s) -Must be able to pass the Level II Background Check -Must be willing to be trained and molded to the company's standards to ensure a top-quality service -Must have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent care -Must be professional and discreet -Must have at least 2 years of geriatric home and/or healthcare professional experience -Must be efficient and dependable to work even without supervision -Must have compassion and patience -Can commit to the schedule and deliver consistency with attendance -Must be at least 18 years old -Must have the drive for growth -Must have a valid driver's license ID -Must have reliable transportation -Must have a reliable phone to download the company's platform -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and remain calm in stressful situations
