Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description
Perform job duties within the specified scope of practice as defined by state Nursing Practice Act. Maintain the standards of nursing care and follow all local, state and federal rules. Administer medication and perform treatment to assigned residents. Complete documentation o needs and treatment as required by local, state and federal requirements. Assess and document the patient's condition and nursing needs.
Compensation
$27.00 - $29.00 per hour + $3000 Sign-on Bonus
