Job description About us HOME CARE OF AMERICA'S PRIVATE PAY DIVISION - NOW INTERVIEWING FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE EXPERIENCED CNA/HHA WANTED IN THE FOLLWING COUNTIES: PHILADELPHIA MONTGOMERY Responsibilities: - Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. - Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety. - Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals. - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature. - Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and organizing. - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary. - Maintain accurate medical documentation and records. - Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment. Requirements: - Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or similar qualification. - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. - Knowledge of medical documentation systems and procedures. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently. - Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and their families. - Compassionate and caring nature.
