Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS INCLUDE • Multiple bonus opportunity including regular Quarterly bonuses • Flexible schedules based on Caregiver availability • Paid initial and ongoing training • Tuition Reimbursement • Preventative Medical Care Insurance • Dental & Vision Insurance • Free Life Insurance • Short Term Disability Insurance • Paid sick time and PTO • 401(K) RESPONSIBILITIES • Treat Clients and fellow team members with the highest level of respect and compassion • Read, understand, and adhere to each Clients Care Plan • Assist Clients with personal care and hygiene • Help Clients with physical therapy and recommended exercises • Shop for or accompany Clients when the need exists • Light housekeeping and meal preparation • Provide companionship • Collect information regarding Client’s condition and treatment plans • Report any unusual incidents to our Client Services Manager • Act quickly and responsibly to emergencies QUALIFICATIONS: • A core belief that all individuals deserve respect, compassion, and caring support • Previous Caregiver experience preferred but not required • GED or High School diploma • Current and valid driver’s license • Fully insured reliable personal transportation • Ability to lift - up to 40 lbs and perform the duties of the position • Exhibit mature responsible behavior and uphold the patient confidentiality requirement.
