We pay weekly, provide a monthly calendar, and are flexible around your busy schedule. Punctuality and reliability are an absolute MUST. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must be able to pass a background check. We Are Looking For: Experienced, Reliable - Home Health Aides Must be able to maintain a professional attitude. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with the administrative staff, clients, client family, and colleagues. Maintain professional boundaries and established protocols. Ability to communicate client changes/needs/updates to the manager. Reliability is extremely important. Home Health Aide Responsibilities: Responsibilities may include ADL care/assistance, fall precaution, bathing assistance, transfer assists, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, and more. Transferring clients using Gait Belt, Hoyer Lift, or Sit-to-stand (Based on client’s care need) Ability to communicate effectively both orally and through writing with residents, families, visitors, and all members of the healthcare team Ability to comfortably accept delegation and negotiate task priorities Must demonstrate positive customer service skills Maintains a clean and orderly environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times Accurately documents all care given Assumes responsibility for own growth and development.
