House Manager

The House Manager in the Community Residential Care Facility responsible for the day-to-day management of the areas assigned and is responsible for the supervision of staff and up to 8 residents assigned to these areas. The Manager is responsible for creating an atmosphere that provides for continuity of quality care and quality of life for residents served 24 hours per day. Must have a high school diploma or GED and three years experience in a program for people with developmental disabilities, and one year supervisory experience. Must have excellent communication and management skills. Ability to tolerate frequent work interruptions, organize work, and reset priorities in order to complete work responsibilities in a timely manner. Position requires flexible 40 hour week schedule to include participation in on call rotation. Must have a valid South Carolina Driver’s License and pass all required background checks..
