Certified Nurse Assistant - CNA $5000 Sign On Bonus

Ashley Rehabilitation and Health Care in Rogers is looking for skilled CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistant) to become part of our facility's compassionate, caregiving team. Our CNAs interact directly with our residents – providing comfort in their time of need, monitoring their vital signs, and assisting with all daily living needs. Essential Functions: Provides routine daily nursing care and services to each assigned resident in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan Demonstrates clinical competency in the performance of bathing, feeding, safe transfers, and other hygiene procedures Maintains a healthy and safe environment in the resident’s personal space which may include light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation Ensures patient has adequate supplies to perform care and utilizes good judgment to conserve company resources Communicates information related to patient care to the RN, which may include but is not limited to, changes in the resident’s physical condition or changes needed to the plan of care to better meet the needs of the resident Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate Documents care performed on proper forms and submits documentation within time frames outlined in policy and procedure Identifies and reports any safety issues regarding the care of the resident to the RN or other supervisor as they are identified Demonstrates working knowledge of policies and procedures and ability to reference them from appropriate sources BE A TEAM PLAYER! Non-Essential Functions: Perform other duties as assigned. Assignments are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
